Cincinnati, OH (Pleasant Ridge)
A young couple purchased a 2-story single family home located in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of Cincinnati. A design was developed to renovate the main kitchen and dining area. The rear yard entry door and basement access stair were both reworked to allow for a more open kitchen work area and flow from outside to in. Additionally, a half bath was added within the first-floor office area utilizing an existing closet space.
