Cincinnati, OH (Over-the-Rhine)
A young family purchased a 4-story townhome located in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. A design was developed to renovate the main entry and primary bedroom level including the primary bath. The entry area was re-imagined as a convertible home office and artist studio space for the owner who is a painter. A sculptural stair element was envisioned to connect all 4 levels of the home. Allowing natural daylight to travel between each floor while expressing the natural wood of the structural components.
