A young family is looking to update their existing 3 story residence located in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Wyoming. A design was developed to renovate the main basement level area as well as the existing lower and upper deck areas. A 2-story carriage house addition anchors the renovation area and provides a dedicated home office on the upper level. A dedicated sports pad outdoor zone is incorporated into the design which allows for various types of outdoor activities to take place.
